Develop and execute a business development strategy to expand both digital learning and offline workshop programs.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with corporations, schools, universities, government agencies and other educational organization to enhance the institution’s reach.
- Drive student enrollment growth by leveraging market insights and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies.
- Oversee the development of new educational products and services to align with industry demands and emerging trends.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including education technology partners, trainers, and institutional collaborators.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to promote online and offline educational offerings.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure funding, CSR sponsorships, and strategic collaborations.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to ensure the institution remains competitive.
- Utilize data analytics to track business performance, measure ROI, and refine business strategies accordingly.
- Lead initiatives to enhance student engagement, retention, and satisfaction across digital and in-person learning environments.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
