**Main Responsibilities**:

- _**Lead and Manage the Team**:_ Oversee and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure team members meet their performance goals and contribute to overall company growth.
- _**Develop and Execute Strategies**:_ Create and implement business development strategies to identify new opportunities, expand the company’s market presence, and drive revenue growth in target industries.
- _**Build and Maintain Client Relationships**:_ Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and prospects, understanding their needs and positioning the company’s products/services to align with those needs for long-term partnerships.
- _**Identify and Pursue New Markets**:_ Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and untapped market segments, then leverage this information to develop new business opportunities.
- _**Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams**:_ Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on business objectives, promotional strategies, and service offerings.
- _**Track and Report on KPIs**:_ Monitor and evaluate team performance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing regular reports on progress, challenges, and areas for improvement to senior management.
- _**Negotiate and Close Deals**:_ Lead high-level negotiations with potential clients, securing new business agreements and closing deals that contribute to achieving company revenue targets.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
- Strong communication skills with good command in **English**, and **Bahasa Malaysia**.
- **Fluency in Mandarin** is required for this role, as it involves direct interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- At least **5 to 6 years** of related work experience in Sales or Business Development (experience in leading a team is an advantage).
- Experience or knowledge in **HRMS software** is preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and network effectively.
- Capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
- Possess own transport to travel around regional hub (KL) for continuous expansion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
