**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**1. Sales and Agent Support**
- Assist in monitoring daily sales activity.
- Help coordinate and schedule sales programs such as Aafiyat Talk and other events.
- Support agents with tools and guidance to enhance their sales performance.
- Prepare draft versions of agent performance reports for review by Zone Leader.
- Track agent sales targets and compile weekly performance summaries.
**2. Communication and Engagement**
- Support the Zone Leader in communicating sales and marketing campaign details to agents.
- Help collect and organize feedback from agents after meetings and programs.
- Respond to basic agent inquiries and escalate complex issues to Zone Leader.
**3. Inventory and Stock Coordination**
- Assist in updating stock reports and consignment notes.
- Check stock availability and support order processing to HQ warehouse.
- Help conduct cycle count procedures and verify variances.
**4. Program and Activity Coordination**
- Aid in the distribution of marketing materials and internal circulars.
- Encourage agent participation in motivation and spiritual programs.
- Support in collecting agent feedback and documenting suggestions.
**5. Relationship Management**
- Assist in maintaining the agent birthday list and engagement calendar.
- Support small-scale engagement activities (e.g., appreciation and condolences).
- Help coordinate logistics for agent recruitment and equipment/tool delivery.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Entry-level experience or 1-2 years in sales/admin support is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent reporting tools.
- Willingness to learn and support senior team members.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
