Automotive Aftersales Part Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Parts Inventory Management**:

- Receive, check, and store incoming parts deliveries.
- Maintain accurate stock records and update the inventory system.
- Assist in monthly/quarterly stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- **Counter & Workshop Support**:

- Handle internal workshop requests for spare parts.
- Issue parts promptly to service technicians.
- Support sales counter by attending to customer walk-ins and phone inquiries.
- **Ordering & Replenishment**:

- Monitor fast-moving and critical parts to avoid shortages.
- Assist Parts Executive/Manager in placing orders with suppliers.
- Follow up on backorders and ensure timely availability.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide product/parts information to customers and workshop team.
- Advise on compatible parts and alternatives when stock is unavailable.
- Ensure correct billing and documentation of parts issued.
- **Administration & Housekeeping**:

- Ensure proper labeling and organization of shelves/bins.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the parts storage area.
- File documents, invoices, and delivery notes accurately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
