As the Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the aftersales department. This includes service, parts, customer service, and warranty departments. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction, maximize profitability, and ensure the highest quality of service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive aftersales strategy that aligns with the company’s overall objectives.
- Team Management: Lead and manage the aftersales team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure outstanding customer service in all aftersales activities, maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Revenue Generation: Drive the profitability of the aftersales department by expanding service offerings, optimizing pricing strategies, and managing costs.
- Quality Control: Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that all services meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends and customer needs to adapt services and strategies accordingly.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Training and Development: Implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Reporting and Analysis: Regularly review and report on aftersales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:
**Mandrin Speaking is a must**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a senior aftersales role in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with the latest automotive technologies and industry best practices.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Attendance bonus
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
