Business Development Executive

**Job Description & Responsibilities**:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and trends within our industry, primarily in corporate dealings with HR.
- Develop and implement strategic business development and marketing plans to target new markets and clients.
- Expand and introduce our business network (Eg: factories, schools) through proactive client outreach and relationship building.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts.
- Responsible for preparing all sales-related documents, including quotations, sales orders, tender documents, and marketing materials.
- Proactively seek and meet with potential clients to conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Share project sales experience and tender expertise with the management.
**Requirements & Skills**:
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Project Management, or Tendering.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly adaptable, patient, organized, and disciplined with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Business Development: 1 year (required)
