**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage the sales teams to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure proper vehicle inventory management and align with customer demand.
- Prepare action plans and schedules for advertising.
- Propose and, where appropriate, organize functions for clients, media and others to present new products, promotions and seasonal festive activities.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity reports, marketing proposals and advertising proposals.
- Monitor sales team performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to top management for improvement.
- Participate in company sales/marketing events, roadshows and networking opportunities to stay updated on market trends and build professional relationships.
- To develop print materials and branding strategies for employee use.
- Producing joint documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations as required in line with the team vision and objectives.
- Work closely with the service department to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is added advantage.
- Excellent communication / interpersonal skills to interact with customers, staffs and senior management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate sales team.
- Able to work independently.
- 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales, with **at least 3 years in a managerial role**.
