**1) Organisational**:
Based at both offices located at Taman Integrated Industrial Park and Taman Nautical Rawang, Selangor depending on the requirements of work and reporting to the Head of Human Resource and Admin or any other personnel authorized by the Company. Your main areas of responsibility are listed below, however, depending upon the needs of the business, other duties and responsibilities may be required.

**5) Main duties & Responsibilities**:
**Sales Responsibilities**
- Execute sales plans to achieve budgeted volume and margin targets within assigned customers and countries.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships through regular visits and engagement in assigned territories.
- Monitor sales and margin performance of customers, agents, and distributors against established targets and budgets.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts and maintain a rolling three-month forecast in collaboration with customers, agents and distributors.
- Partner with the technical team to deliver effective technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure timely deliveries and optimized supply chain solutions.
- Work closely with the finance team to support credit control and manage customer accounts responsibly
- Execute monthly / quarterly pricing strategy with supervisor and maximize profit for the company
- Establish key sales targets and budgets at individual customers, agents and distributors ensuring objectives and budgets are achieved or exceeded
**Key Account Management**
- Leverage KAM practices to create value for Aquaspersions’ business while ensuring customer relationships are effectively managed, nurtured, and regularly assessed
**Distribution Management**
- Establish and maintain strong communication channels with agents and distributors.
- Ensure the distribution and agency network is well trained, aligned with Aquaspersions’ commercial strategy, and motivated to achieve business objectives and sales targets
**Marketing**
- Conduct market surveys and research on competitor activities within the assigned customer base and region.
- Continuously track and update information on market demand, key customer and industry growth rates, emerging trends, technology developments, and specific market requirements.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences as required by the business.
- Support new market development by providing insights, ideas, and assessments on opportunities and risks in new markets, technologies, or within existing business segments
**Reporting**
- Provide customer visit or call report & distribute to all relevant persons within the business
- Provide monthly update of new customers or projects within the CRM tool
- Provide monthly report highlighting sales performance, key business issues, competitor activities and general market information.
- Ensure that all administrative tasks that fall within the remit of the role are carried out effectively by agreed completion dates.
- Ensure individual sales costs are met within the bounds of the budget

- Maintain awareness of and stay updated on any changes that may impact the Company.
- Act as a professional and positive ambassador for Aquaspersions at all times.
- Ensure departmental operations are carried out effectively, accurately, and fairly.
- Undertake duties as reasonably required to meet the evolving needs of Aquaspersions.
- Perform additional tasks and activities as necessary to support overall business requirements.
- Comply with ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and ISO45001:2018 standards in all relevant duties and activities.
Pay: From RM10,000.00 per month
