**Job Scope / Responsibilities**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, suggesting improvements based on data.
- Help maintain and update the company’s marketing materials and website content.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
- Assist in organizing events, trade shows, or promotional activities.
- Support administrative tasks related to marketing, such as maintaining databases and handling inquiries.

**Requirements**:
1) Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a marketing or similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

2) Skills:

- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Positive attitude and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
