**Responsibilities**:

- Secure new accounts for Keppel Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd and UrbanFox (M) Sdn Bhd:
**_Keppel Logistics _**- Warehouse, Inventory and Transportation Management (B2B).
**_UrbanFox_** - Channel Management and efulfillment (B2C).
- Work with the Head of BD and motivate BD Executives reporting to you to ensure B2B and B2C sales targets are met.
- Build a steady and sustainable customer pipeline to ensure constant revenue generation.
- Work with the Head of Operations on simulated cost based on customer requirements.
- Submit Solutions and simulated Profit & Loss analysis for approval.
- Preparation of proposals, quotations or service contracts.
- Lead team in contract negotiations, which includes preparation and presentation of proposals/solutions.
- Grow existing accounts locally and regionally for additional revenue streams
- Receivables collection for overdue accounts.
- Lead and participate in Customer Continuous Improvement Programme.
- Participate in customer operations/KPI reviews.
- Work with Head of BD to formulate and implement tactical sales and marketing. strategies to support short-term, mid-term, and long-term business growth.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

**Requirements**:

At least 5 years of working experience in the related field; previously in a leadership or supervisory position will be an advantage.
- Experience in B2B and B2C contract logistics environments is a must.
- A motivated individual who loves meeting new people and one who is target driven.
- Meticulous and process-driven.
- Possess own car and driving license.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Able to speak and present ideas concisely and clearly.**About UrbanFox Asia**:
