**Job Purpose**:
To undertake the day-to-day administration of AAA’s HR and Admin functions.
- Payroll coordination
- Policies & procedures: ensuring all documentation is up to date and to keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Maintain physical and electronic records of employees
- Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
- Coordinate and oversee administrative duties in an office and ensure that the office operates efficiently and smoothly.
- Issue clients account statements periodically or whenever necessary
- Monitor and send reminders for payments and contact clients when assigned
- Process payment to providers/partners on a timely manner, working in conjunction with your Supervisor
- Update clients and providers/partners accounting database
- Perform other duties as and when required

**Job Requirements**:

- Well versed in Malaysia Employment Act and Statutory requirements will be an added advantage
- Effective HR administration and people management skill
- Basic math, bookkeeping and accounting skills
- Ability to be discreet and maintain the security of company information
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to accurately follow instructions
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
