**Position Title: Rep II, Member Service (Japanese Language)**
**Location: Level 3, Bangsar South Blok 2, Tower 2A Avenue 5, The Horizon, Bangsar South, No. 8 Jalan Kerinchi, 59200 Kuala Lumpur**
**Working hours: 7.30am - 4.30pm (Monday
- Friday)**
**Remuneration: Basic salary + Jap language allowance**
**Responsibilities**
- Customer Support: Communicate with Japanese-speaking members via phone and other channels to assist with orders, inquiries, and cross-country information.
- Operations Management: Ensure efficient manpower allocation and assist the team when needed.
- Knowledge Hub: Serve as a resource for internal policies, system behaviour, membership compensation, and order processing.
- Issue Resolution: Report system issues to IT and collaborate on solutions.
- Performance Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance service quality.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports for the management team.
- Outbound Calls: Set up outbound call campaigns, track progress, and ensure successful execution.
- Logistics Coordination: Work with logistics partners to resolve urgent issues and find long-term solutions.
- Training & Documentation: Create training materials (e.g., PowerPoint presentations) for internal staff and members.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with different departments to improve operations and anticipate member concerns.
**Job Requirements**:
- Education: Minimum SPM (higher education is a plus).
- Experience: Customer service or call center experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Language: Must be proficient in Japanese (minimum JLPT N2 certification).
- Skills & Traits: Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Good computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Well-groomed with a professional attitude.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
