**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Product Executive** to support the Product Strategist Lead and product management team. This role involves conducting market research, competitor analysis, and supporting the execution of sales programs. The Product Executive plays a key role in maintaining data accuracy, coordinating training and meetings, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth execution of strategic product and sales initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Market Research & Intelligence**
- Collect and compile market data, customer feedback, and industry reports.
- Assist in analyzing market trends to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Maintain and update internal market intelligence databases.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Prepare competitor profiles and SWOT analyses for strategic reviews.
- Track and report competitive movements and shifts in market dynamics.

**Sales Program Support**
- Assist in planning and coordinating sales program rollouts with the sales and marketing teams.
- Prepare materials for sales incentives, campaigns, and training sessions.
- Track performance of programs and compile post-launch reports.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards (e.g. sales program results, market insights, competitor tracking).

**Administrative & Coordination Support**
- Ensure all documentation and materials are accurate, current, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of presentations and briefing materials for internal meetings.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, operations) to collect and align information.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Manage team calendars, action items, and follow-ups.
- Handle travel arrangements and process expense claims.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed.

**Qualifications**

**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in product, marketing, or sales support roles.

**Skills & Knowledge**
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent data tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
- Proactive and collaborative team player with a strong willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and market research tools is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
