Overview

We're looking for a passionate and organized Production Executive to join our creative team You'll play a key role in planning and executing video and photo productions — from concept to delivery. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys turning ideas into high-quality visual content, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end video and photo productions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Support producers in managing pre-production, shoots, and post-production — including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain and manage equipment, studio spaces, and Front of House areas to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Liaise with clients to understand project goals and ensure expectations are met throughout the production process.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to maintain high production quality and consistency across all deliverables.
  • Handle administrative and operational tasks, including bookings, call sheets, shot lists, permits, and vendor coordination.
  • Provide on-set support, assisting with crew coordination, talent management, and logistics.
  • Track project progress, anticipate challenges, and help find effective solutions.
  • Research and source production materials, locations, and suppliers as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in video and/or photo production (studio or agency background preferred).
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with production tools, scheduling software, and equipment handling is an advantage.
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong passion for creative storytelling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
