**Responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for the full recruitment process cycle from initial role briefing through to offer stage.
- Responsible for recruitment activites across Malaysia (Sourthern, Northern, Klang Valley, East Coast and East Malaysia).
- Work with the sourcing team to drive strong recruitment strategies to ensure you have strong talent, with a strong focus on diversity within the shortlist.
- Perform sourcing activities to fill open positions via job boards, employee referrals, local advertising, social networks, in field events and etc.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Support the implementation of cultures that drive employee engagement to improve individual and organizational performance.
- Ensure adherence to all legal compliance requirements in all recruiting and hiring processes.

**Requirement**:

- 2 - 4 years and above of proven work experience as a Full Cycle Recruiter, preferrable consulting/Agencies firm experience.
- Experience in Smartphone/Telco/Consumer Electronic/Retails recruitment will added advantage.
- Proactive and resilient team player
- Self motivated and able to achieve KPI(s), Result Oriented.
- Adaptable to changing work environment, proactive in resolving issues and able to work under pressure.
- Preferable Malaysian
