- To develop good communication skills and be able to negotiate with customers and the related parties, in order to complete the provided tasks/ projects.
- To seek new markets from currently available networks or other potential customers, in order to expand the customer range.
- To analyses the market and potential customer, adjust sales strategies/ tactics to attain new sales accounts.
- To continuously develop sales tactics and product knowledge etc to increase sales success rates.
- To submit program reports and sales reports (such as daily customer-call reports, weekly work plan and Monthly/ Yearly Sales Coverage Report) to the top management.
- To reply to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Ensure smooth transition on order processing, information provision, managing customer needs, quotations, sales follow-ups, develop first-articles, verifying samples, verifying sales orders, ordering customer’s product moulds, assist in production planning, delivery, payment collection and other processes.

Pay: RM2,548.65 - RM4,500.00 per month
