Role summary: A pleasant Front Desk Representative to **undertake all receptionist and clerical duties **at the desk of our main entrance. A Front Desk Representative is the face of the company and ensures they make a good first impression on any visitors or customers.
- Welcoming and greeting customers, visitors, and guests. Receiving and delivering all incoming mails and parcels, answering all calls and directing as needed.
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Monitor office supplies (stationery and uniforms) and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate HR / Office duty activities as assigned (travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, survey, coordinating HR activities and etc.)
- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Providing clerical and administrative support to HR executives.
- Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
- To act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing time data report and leave record.
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
**Requirements and Skills**
- Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. photostat machine, printers, laminating machine)
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Excellent communication skills due to interacting with customers, employees, and vendors daily. They also have expert interpersonal skills to collaborate and give and receive criticism well. Soft skills such as friendliness and likability will help them excel in the position.
- Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
**Education and Qualification**
- Minimum SPM and above
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
