Sales Executive

By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to
identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing
customers.
**Responsibilities**
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Sourcing for new customer and develop existing accounts in order to improve the customer base and grow the business
- To follow up on-going project for sales opportunities
- Liaise with customer to propose suitable protective floor coating system, and cooperate with Polymer's project team to make sure the project complete and deliver on time (Product training will be given)
- Manage complex negotiations with all level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years working experience in sales
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Excel, MS office, and MS word.
- Posses good communication skill and able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English will be an added advantage
- Applicants must possess own transport and willing to travel
- Only full time position available.
**Qualifications**
- Fresh Graduates Diploma / Professional Certificate in Construction Building related courses
- 1 Year Experience in protective coating, paint, industrial sales is an added
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
**Two (2) position available**
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
