Junior Account Manager of System Integrator Responsibilities - You need to serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters - You will build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - You should negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits - You also need to develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders - You are ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives - You will be clearly communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders - You are responsible to develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas - You are to forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) - You should prepare reports on account status - You will be collaborating with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory - You need to assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Requirements - Degree/Diploma in Business and any related field - Fresh Graduate or less than 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, IT, Account Management, and any related experience - Knowledge in IT software would be an added advantage
