**Sales Executive**

You will be responsible for assisting meeting with meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Events Executive focuses on optimizing revenue through effective event planning, coordination, and client relationship management while supporting the hotel's overall sales and marketing goals.

Qualifications:

- Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Hospitality, Tourism management or any other relevant courses.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the events department of Sales & Marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry or related field.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams to achieve departmental and hotel goals.
- Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation and time management skills as well as attention to detail, and computer proficiency are essential.
- Assist with the design of flyers, graphics & other Marketing material on hotel products & hotel promotions on daily, weekly, or monthly across all social media platforms.
- Promptly respond to all guest inquiries and reviews on all social media channels.
- Maintain record on former, current & existing clients (contact & mailing list)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Perform any additional tasks as directed by the management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
