Merekodkan, menyediakan, mengisikan, mengelaskan, dan memfailkan maklumat.
- Mengisihkan, membuka, dan menghantar mel.
- Membuat fotokopi dokumen.
- Menyediakan laporan kerja rutin.
- Merekodkan pengeluaran peralatan kepada kakitangan.
- Memantau semua **lesen/rental/ pemadam api**cawangan kedai dan **merekodkan tarikh luput.**:
- Memantau semua roadtax dan servis kenderaan syarikat dan merekod tarikh luput.
- Melayani panggilan telefon atau pertanyaan tentang kedai dan menyambungkan kepada orang yang berkenaan.
- Menyalin maklumat ke dalam komputer.
- Membantu tugasan khidmat pelanggan
- Menjalankan tugas yang berkaitan.
- Menyediakan peralatan dan keperluan harian kedai-kedai cawangan seluruh Malaysia (outlet).
- Merekodkan pengeluaran stock harian kedai (pencuci lantai/sabun/plastik sampah dan lain2)
- Memantau dan _back-up_ pembersihan pejabat dan kawasan sekitar.
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month

- Balakong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driving license (preferred)
