- Responsibilities: _
- **Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction**:

- **Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication**:

- **Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools given**:

- **Meet personal sales targets and generate sales leads**:

- **Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution**:

- **Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information**:

- **Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents**:

- **Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies**:

- **Go the extra mile to engage customers**:

- **Inform customer of deals and promotions**:

- **Recommend and select products for customers based on their individual needs/requirements**:

- **Describe products and explain their benefits and uses to potential customers**:

- **Establish and nurture relationships with past customers and potential customers to facilitate sales**:

- **Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales, as needed**:

- Requirements: _
- **Proven customer support experience**:

- **Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening**:

- **Familiar with CRM systems and practices**:

- **Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters**:

- **Excellent communication and presentation skills**:

- **High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred**:

- **Positive attitude & people-oriented in nature**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make presentations**:

- **Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people on a daily basis**:

- Compensation_

**Basic Salary + Commission**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: From RM2,800.00 per month
