HR & Training Manager

We are looking for a Talent **HR & Training Manager** for our organization who leads our employee development initiatives by hosting a training program, responsible for recruiting suitable talents for the company besides conducting training for internal staff and educational, learning programs.
**Duties & Responsibilities: -**
**Learning & Development**
- Developing and implementing L&D strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Develop and monitor overall L&D strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Manage professional training, learning and development staff.
- Conduct organization training needs analysis (TNA) and plot out yearly training plan/ calendar for the organization.
- Be an Effective Facilitator / Trainer to impart knowledge, skills and facilitate improvements in employee behavior and performance. In doing so, you must be competent in the learning and development process - the ADDIE process (Analysis / Design / Develop /Implement / Evaluate).
- Have good understanding of adult learning concepts and techniques and able to adapt to different learning styles and situations
- Propose an L&D budget and ensure programmers are delivered within the approved budget.
- Keep up-to-date on innovative learning approaches and create opportunities to implement new ways of learning within the business.
**Employee Engagement & Performance through People**
- Create a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement and strategy attraction.
- Support line management in creating high-performance teams by bringing right people on right place (e.g. recruitment, succession planning, team
- and individual development)
- To bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- To assist in recruiting activities such as posting job advertisements, sourcing & screening of applicants, interview arrangement and introducing remuneration benefits packages.
- Enabling initiatives and continuous improvement on workforce planning, Performance Management, Talent Management across the organization
- Oversee and manage employee performance appraisal system KPI, the concept that drives high performance.
- Responsible for overseeing the human resources department in an organization and administrative functions
**Leadership & Organizations Development**
- Coach managers, and leaders on people management skills and routines
- Develop and implement strategies for enhancing and leveraging leadership capabilities: people management skills and leadership skills
- Develop and execute high-potential leadership programs, focused on advancing leaders and succession planning (future plan)
- Create and implement strategies to integrate the talent management processes into J.CO culture.
- Build a Talent assessment strategy, processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure the selection of top talent at all levels and the development of the leadership bench.
Identify key metrics and develop evaluation processes to ensure organizational development program effectiveness.

**Salary**: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
