**Join Our Team as a Back Office Administrator**

**Location**: KL Eco City
**Shift Hours**: 7am-4pm, 3pm-12am, 11pm-7am (Hybrid Working Arrangement); 5 working days per week.

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a dedicated Back Office Administrator to support our operations and enhance our customer service

**What You’ll Do**:

- Efficiently collect and file data using our CRM system.
- Generate and issue daily reports from various internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with our Customer Service team to resolve any inquiries or issues.
- Communicate with the Technical team regarding system-related concerns.
- Assist your supervisor with a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Around 1-3 year of experience in back office administration, KYC, documentation, processing or customer support.
- Willingness to work on shift hours.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading).
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and results.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and self-motivation.

Pay: Up to RM5,300.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- KL Eco City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
