Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector, including software products and services, within the designated territory.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and requirements to develop tailored sales strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our IT solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand product features and specifications, providing accurate and comprehensive information to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to company policies and pricing guidelines.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and agreements to clients, ensuring they align with their specific requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the IT industry, market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in IT sales or a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the IT industry, including software products, services, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and handle objections in professionally self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
- Familiarity with the local IT market and a network of industry contacts is highly desirable.
