As the E-Commerce Administrator at our music shop, you will play a crucial role in managing our online presence and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Order Management**: Process and fulfill online orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Product Listing and Maintenance**: Create and manage product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels, ensuring all information is up-to-date and appealing.
- **Campaign Coordination**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement online promotions and campaigns that drive traffic and sales to our e-commerce platform.
- **Inventory Oversight**: Monitor stock levels across our online store, coordinating with the inventory team to ensure product availability and prevent stockouts.
- **Customer Support**: Address customer inquiries and issues related to online orders, providing exceptional service to foster customer loyalty.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor pricing, making recommendations to optimize our offerings and maintain competitive pricing.
- **Performance Tracking**: Analyze website performance metrics and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.
