**About The Business Development/Sales Consultant**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization.
- Building a Client pipeline through alternate sources.
- Generate leads and cold call prospective clients.
- Must be willing/able to travel from project to project throughout the country and inform the head office about the latest international job requirement they have.
- Visiting the client when needed for a face-to-face understanding of the requirement.
- Taking responsibility for uploading the latest client openings on our company’s portal
- Manage a wide portfolio of clients and nationalities and administer the staff to meet Client’s needs and requests throughout the country for the following business areas:

- Build and evolve a smart global mobility strategy, along with policies and processes that address the challenges of managing local and international workforce.
- Working closely with the Recruitment Team to periodically review the recruitment process, increase sourcing efficiency.

Sales and Marketing role, you must have a sales-driven mindset, possess strong interpersonal skills, an ability to thrive in a challenging environment, a desire to succeed and add value to the client's human capital.

**Key Requirements**
- Two to three years’ professional work experience in sales and marketing business functions
- Successful sales and/or experienced recruiters are welcome to apply
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
