**I. Job Responsibilities**
- Provide timely and professional support for customer inquiries related to the APP through online chat or voice channels, ensuring a responsive and empathetic customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support various customer service initiatives, while collecting and reporting customer feedback and market insights.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by managing and categorizing customer complaints, performing basic data analysis, and proposing actionable improvement plans to enhance customer satisfaction.

**II. Job Requirements**

**Professional Competence**:

- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
- Prior experience in cross-border e-commerce or customer support roles is highly preferred.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Minimum education level: SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia / Malaysian Certificate of Education).

**Soft Skills**:

- Demonstrated experience in customer service.
- High level of empathy and interpersonal skills essential for effective communication.
- Strong team collaboration and problem-solving abilities.

**Technical Skills**:

- Basic understanding of APP operations and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt and respond effectively in a dynamic environment.

**Note: Shift work required - two rotating shifts.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend jobs

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Language**:

- Chinses and English (preferred)

**Location**:

- Bangsar South (preferred)
