Position: Customer Service Executive - (Mandarin Speaker) - IPS (Test Centres in USA)

Location: Ara Damansara (Near LRT Ara Damansara)

**Salary**: RM3,500 basic + KPI allowance (up to RM200) + Night shift allowance (RM250 per month)

, 2-year contract (renewable)

Working Days: 5 days’ work, 2 days off

Working Hours: Rotational shifts (9 hours per shift)

**Job Description**:
Provide product/service information, resolve inquiries & maintain confidentiality

Manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment

**Requirements**:
Minimum SPM qualification

Fluent in English & Mandarin (spoken required; reading/writing not required)

1 year+ experience in Customer Service / online chat preferred

Good communication, multitasking & problem-solving skills

Proficient in MS Office & Internet, typing speed ~40 wpm

Able to work night shifts & rotational schedule

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
