**This is a permanent, full-time, and on-site role.**

Type of industry: Private Hire Vehicle (PHV) leasing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide stellar **after-sales support**to our drivers, ensuring they have a smooth ride with Lumens.
- Be the first point of contact for drivers' requests and concerns, resolving them with efficiency and care.
- Regularly follow up with drivers to gather feedback and check on their experience.
- Identify opportunities for re-contract deals, and upsell better vehicles or longer lease contracts.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with our drivers, ensuring they always feel part of the Lumens family.
- Keep customers updated on the latest promotion and product.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum **SPM** and above.
- 1-2 years relevant experience in **sales/customer service** role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in English (required) and Mandarin (preferred, dialects is a plus).
- Proactive, outspoken, and passionate in customer service role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM11,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
