**EXECUTIVE**

**LIFELONG LEARNING DEPARTMENT, CENTER FOR ADVANCEMENT & CONTINUING EDUCATION (ACE), CHANCELLERY**
- (1016, Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur)_

**KEY ROLES**:

- Report directly to the ACE Deputy Director and ACE Director, with responsibility for managing the Lifelong Learning Unit at both the Chancellery and campus levels.
- Facilitate the operations and implementation of ACE Lifelong Learning (LLL) programs, projects, and initiatives.
- Monitor and prepare reports on the implementation and performance of ACE LLL programs, projects, and initiatives across all institutes.
- Coordinate with ACE coordinators at the institutes to ensure effective execution of LLL programs, projects, and initiatives.
- Manage and track data related to Pembelajaran Sepanjang Hayat (PSH), as well as records on short courses and training for BKT MARA and e-IPTS.
- Ensure the availability of necessary resources and platforms to support the implementation of ACE LLL programs, projects, and initiatives.
- Undertake other related duties as assigned from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge and familiarity with lifelong learning programmes such as Open & Distance Learning (ODL), Micro-credentials, and APEL.
- Proven ability to design, manage, or deliver programmes for working professionals, including Work-Based Learning and FlexiLearn.
- Experience in engaging with clients, potential business partners, or collaborators.
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.
- Results-oriented team player with a strong sense of responsibility in achieving business goals.
- Dynamic, disciplined, self-motivated, and outcome-driven.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Professional, flexible, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Willingness to work extra hours with mínimal supervision and maintain team spirit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
