**Responsibilities**

**Administrative**:

- Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and inventory lists.
- Support Directors and Designers with administrative tasks when required.

**Accounting**:

- Handle basic accounting functions including data entry, invoicing, billing, and payment processing.
- Prepare monthly financial records, petty cash, and expense claims.
- Liaise with external accountants/auditors for submission of financial reports and statutory compliance.
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Assist with payroll preparation and related HR administrative duties.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative and/or accounting functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- **Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) is required** to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
