Mandarin Speaking HR Manager at Midvalley

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage full HR spectrum: recruitment, payroll, performance management, training & development, employee engagement.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Prepare HR reports and advise management on HR matters.
- Lead and guide the HR team to meet department goals.
- Coordinate with external consultants or agencies when needed.
- Perform any ad-hoc HR duties assigned by management.
**Knowledge and Skill Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, HR policies & best practices.
- Proficient in Mandarin, and English (spoken & written).
- Able to work based in Midvalley,Kuala Lumpur.
- Strong leadership, communication & people management skills.
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice is an advantage.
**Benefit**:
