The Opportunity
- Oversees the entire employee expense lifecycle for efficiency and compliance.
- Manages corporate card programs and Concur system administration.
- Provides employee training on expense management processes.
- Implements expense management strategies across multiple regions.
- Drives continuous process optimization while ensuring policy adherence.
- Serves as the central point of contact between finance operations, employees, and external service providers.

What you’ll succeed
- Analytical mindset with ability to conceptualize problems and generate innovative ideas.
- Concur administration experience (system configuration, troubleshooting, reporting).
- Subject matter expert of end-to-end expense management processes.
- The ability to partner with the business to ensure governance and drive adoption policy and processes across all business units.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for employee training, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to influence and implement process changes across a global organization.
