Company Secretarial Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Able to provide and assit in all aspect of corporate secretarial duties.
- To ensure proper maintenance of statutory records, submission of statutory returns and compliance of statutory requirements under the Companies Act, 2016.
- To organize and coordinate the Annual General Meetings, Board of Directors’ Meetings and any other Special or Extraordinary General Meetings as requested by clients.
- Preparing Directors’ Resolution, Minutes and statutory forms for filing to SSM.
- Formation and takeover of private limited companies, and to ensure all the returns and documents lodged with the registrar (SSM) according to the deadline provided in the Acts.
- Able to handle a portfolio of clients independently, guide and review subordinate assignment or task.
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time in connection with Company Secretarial duties.
**Job Requirements**:
- Possess at least Bachelor' Degree in Corporate Administration / Law, ICSA/MAICSA qualification or other equivalent.
- Possesses a Company Secretary License is an added advantage.
- At least 3 years of working experiences in secretarial field.
- In depth knowledge Law and Companies Act, 2016.
- Computer literacy, knowledge of MYCOID, MBRS, Superior ComSec and Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in spoken and written in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu.
- Independent person with sense of urgency, responsibility & well organized.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
