**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and enforce quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance.
- Design, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) that adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, IATF).
- Oversee and coordinate quality assurance activities to ensure products meet defined quality and compliance benchmarks.
- Track internal and external quality costs, translating findings into improvement initiatives and control measures.
- Drive efforts to minimize company-wide quality-related costs.
- Supervise production processes, analyzing data to identify areas requiring improvement.
- Lead quality audits, inspections, and product/service testing.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization through corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of QA personnel in quality control.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, managing product recalls or necessary adjustments effectively.
- Evaluate customer feedback, implementing improvements to enhance satisfaction and reduce quality concerns.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a QA role, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial

position.
- Must be fluent in English and able to speak Mandarin.
- Ability to speak Japanese is an added advantage.
- Familiar and experience with IATF requirements.
- Proven experience in quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six

Sigma).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross
- functional teams and present findings effectively. Great attention to detail and result driven approach by data analysis.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Reliable, Trustworthy and high integrity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
