**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Visitors Management
- Being a friendly face to first engagement with employees and external visitors
- Manage reception & registration of visitors
- Ensure proper sanitization processes are implemented
- Manage building floor & door access for visitors
2. Mail Management
- Receive & collect all incoming mails & couriers
- Deliver couriers to designated locker
- Notify DBS staff of incoming mail & courier packages
3. Meeting/Hot Desk System Management
- Manage meeting room bookings & ensure meeting rooms are prepared for use
- Manage the hot desk system and ensure that workstations are allocated effectively
4. Stationery Management
- Manage the storage of office supplies, equipment, and other materials
- Ensure that storage areas are kept clean and organized
5. Employee On-boarding/Exit Support
- Manage door and building access for new employees
- Prepare on-boarding packages for new employees, including stationery, badge, locker, and name card
- Coordinate parking for employees
- Manage door and building access for exiting employees
6. Facilities
- Identify and highlight facility operational issues to the Facilities Coordinator and utilize knowledge and skills to offer solutions and recommend potential improvements in how to ensure a vibrant workplace.
7. Relationship Management
- Develops strong relationships in the organization and externally, partner across function with a customer-focused mindset.
8. Actively participate in an environment that supports teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal success.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
