Sales Executive

Take overall responsibility for maintaining daily correspondence between dealerships and the company.
- Implementing Sales plans, strategies and supervising Sales Executives.
- To increase the sales of the company.
- To achieve annual target & gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, and analyzing trends and results.
- Established sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales strategies.
- Implements sales programs by developing sales action plans and increasing marketing events.
- Achieve the company's profit objectives by reducing costs and discounts to maintain product mix and selling price by keeping current market trends and competitors
- Monitoring and keeping track of each Sales Executive’s performance on a monthly and quarterly review basis by counseling, disciplining, and appraising job results.
- Maintains the number of required sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending training organized by the company and external organizations.
- Coach and encourage dealers to improve business processes, customer satisfaction, volume, and profitability while maintaining the highest standards of overall sales process quality.
**Job Requirement**
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in managerial roles.
- A team player, with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Possess a strong customer-focused mindset, excellent interpersonal, good communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and able to withstand pressure, positive-minded, and able to manage tight timelines.
- Good presentation and effective communication skills.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for work.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
