These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more. - Management and responsibility for regional Real Estate portfolio (in accordance with the overarching corporate/Real Estate guidelines and rules) - Location concepts as the basis for Real Estate-driven decisions - Location analysis/site searches - Disposal/acquisition projects in close coopereation with Real Estate in Germany - Management of leases, including negotiation of major new leases, lease extensions and lease terminations - Identification and implementation of optimization projects - Project management activities - Local Real Estate portfolio incl. Real Estate database with controlling, reporting and budget activities - Approval processes for real estate transactions in accordance with Real Estate governance - Selection and commissioning of real estate service providers - Support for regional property/facility management - Support for M&A activities (Real Estate workstream) in close cooperation with Real Estate Germany - Support with market value appraisals in close cooperation with Real Estate Germany - University degree or comparable degree with a focus on corporate real estate or business administration or architecture or civil engineering - At least 5 years of experience in corporate real estate in an international industrial context - Project management skills for projects > € 10'0 - Strong knowledge and experience in corporate real estate, ideally in all phases of the value chain - Experience with global operations and knowledge of different local market conditions/practices - Strong strategic and analytical thinking - Strong spirit of initiative and results orientation, Team collaboration and orientation - Self-motivated and pragmatic problem-solving skills - Fluent in local language and English
