**Designation**: Customer Service Executive (Food Delivery) - Cantonese Speaker

**Location**: Kuala Lumpur

**Working hours**:Rotational 24/7 shift, Monday - Sunday (5 days a week)

**Salary**: RM 3,000 (basics) + RM 300 KPI allowance + RM 300 - RM 500 night shift allowance + RM 500 language allowance

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum SPM.
- Required language(s): Cantonese & English.
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
- Good command of computer skills / Microsoft Office and typing must be fast both in Cantonese and English.

**Responsibility**:

- Handling pre online booking enquires, post online booking enquires, other general enquires, escalation support & booking amendment/cancellation.
- Payment or Refund Escalation.
- App or web user guide and feature support.
- Contacting vendors about customers’ inquiries

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
