Admin & HR Executive

Responsible for recruitment cycle & employee engagement, including all related correspondence.
Responsible for employee training and development budget, training
Manages the onboarding process for new hires including n
Handle employee queries on human resources policies and procedures, mediate employee relations and grievances issues.
Handle the issuance of HR correspondence letter, warning letter, termination letter and memorandum.
Manage employee disciplinary matters and taken necessary disciplinary action
Participate in assigned HR projects or new initiative for long term success of organization in creating a high performing culture.
Manage the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.
To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties specified by the management as and when required.
Handle all the payrolls and filling receipt.
**Requirements**:
Comprehensive understanding of Malaysia Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act and Statutory Act.
Able to communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
Able to work unsupervised, self-motivated, and self-sufficient
