Responsibilities:

- Lead project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Coordinate with various departments such as product development, marketing, and sales to align project goals with overall company objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, sales collateral, and digital content that effectively communicates product features and benefits.
- Serve as the primary spokesperson for the company, representing our brand in various public forums, including media interviews, conferences, and industry events.
- Articulate the value proposition of our products effectively to diverse audiences, including customers, investors and stakeholders.
- Enhance brand visibility and reputation through compelling storytelling and engaging communication strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- 4-5 years experience in sales, marketing and/or project management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of leading teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision making.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Project Management tools.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
