Project Operation Admin

Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries, deliver technical support, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain effective communication with clients.
- Monitor the performance of solar systems.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to address system alarms, breakdowns, and annual maintenance.
- Update and crosscheck basic information on systems.
- Update and safeguard DLP and warranty records.
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Possess strong customer service skills.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in a technical support or customer service environment is advantageous.
- Ability to provide technical support to customers.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems and experience in the solar industry is a positive asset.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required as this role involves liaising with Mandarin speaker clients.
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
