Human Resource Executive

1. Prepare timesheet report & pass to manager, verification of time attendance report: lateness, overtime, absent and etc.
2. Preparing monthly payroll reports and report of submission of statutory contributions: EPF, SOCSO & Income Tax
3. Answering employee questions (regarding Handbook and employment Contract)
4. Posting job ads
5. Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
7. Preparing new employee files
8. Orienting new employees to the organization (staff locker arranging and etc)
9. Add all the new staff into TELEGRAM group
10. Prepare appraisal code
11. Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements
12. Maintaining current HR files and databases/ Birthday Name list/ Employee name list
13 Handling government office affairs such as claim perkeso and etc.
14. Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
