Experience in dealing with customers by telephone. - Good communication abilities, both written and verbal. - Responsible for calling customers and collecting/reminding them of the payment for overdue bills. - To achieve individual and group targets. - Persuade, negotiate, and work with customers to make workable repayment arrangements. - Ensure the accounts are worked and followed up thoroughly and promptly. - Working hours Monday to Friday 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM & Saturday 9.00 am - 1.00 pm.
