HR Assistant

(This is a hybrid position: you are only required to be in the office once a week.)
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to support the company’s human resources functions. This role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, staff training, KPI management, employee relations, and promoting a positive and disciplined work culture. You will play a key role in building a collaborative and performance-driven team.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Organize and deliver onboarding presentations for new hires.
- Prepare employment contracts and required documents.
Staff Development & Performance
- Support in planning and conducting staff training sessions.
- Track and update KPI records for all departments.
- Work with managers to review and improve staff performance.
- Assist in creating staff development plans.
Employee Relations & Culture
- Monitor employee discipline and attendance records.
- Mediate staff concerns and provide HR support when needed.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and collaboration.
- Help implement initiatives that increase team morale and engagement.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain and update HR records and documentation.
- Assist with payroll support and leave tracking if required.
- Prepare HR-related reports for management.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
