Personal Assistant to CEO

**Pure Mylk Sdn Bhd** is a growing plant-based milk manufacturer dedicated to producing high-quality, sustainable, and nutritious dairy alternatives. We are expanding our operations and seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy P**ersonal Assistant (PA)** to the CEO to support our leadership team in daily operations and strategic initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Liaise professionally with internal departments, business partners, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in project coordination, research, and follow-ups on pending matters.
- Organize and maintain proper filing systems and ensure timely documentation flow.
- Support the CEO in day-to-day operational and personal matters when required.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience supporting senior executives or C-level management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
