**Key Responsibilities**
- **Administration & Documentation**:
- Manage and maintain all official records, files, and documentation.
- Prepare reports, minutes of meetings, and correspondence.
- Ensure proper filing systems (digital & physical) are in place.
- **Operations & Coordination**:
- Assist in planning and coordinating daily operations.
- Liaise with stakeholders, partners, and members for smooth workflow.
- Monitor progress of tasks and ensure compliance with timelines.
- **Compliance & Governance**:
- Ensure all activities comply with policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Support audits, inspections, and legal documentation processes.
- Uphold confidentiality and integrity in all administrative matters.
- **Financial & Resource Support** _(if applicable)_
- Assist in budget preparation and basic financial record-keeping.
- Support procurement, inventory, and resource management.
- **Communication & Reporting**:
- Act as a point of contact between management and members/staff.
- Draft official letters, notices, and announcements.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in administration, management, or related fields.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or related discipline.
- Strong **leadership, organizational, and communication skills**.
- High level of **integrity, confidentiality, and accountability**.
- Able to work independently and under pressure with mínimal supervision.
