**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Event Support & Execution**
- Assist in managing event venues and contributing to event P&Ls.
- Collaborate in organizing a diverse range of events, including pop-ups, film productions, and conferences.
- Support event calendar management, workflow coordination, and documentation.
- Contribute to pre-event planning, design, setup, and post-event follow-ups such as feedback analysis and performance reporting.

**Partnerships Coordination**
- Support in developing strategic partnerships for member acquisition and retention.
- Assist in managing relationships with high-profile accounts and event stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for event and partnership alignments.

**Marketing & Communications**
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies and materials.
- Assist in market research, contract negotiations, and marketing campaign executions.
- Participate in liaising and networking with customers, colleagues, and partners.
- Support in increasing event space rentals and lead generation in collaboration with the leasing team.
- Contribute to public relations activities, press conferences, and promotional events.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of working experience, especially in sales, marketing or related field.
- Strong passion for sales, business development, and innovative marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in English -both written and spoken.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Strong personal discipline, willingness to work hard (but not necessarily long hours).
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, and flexible to meet team needs.
- Well-groomed, with a pleasant personality and positive attitude.

**REMUNERATION & BENEFITS**
- RM3,000 - RM4,000 of basic salary (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)
- Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Staff Benefits

**WORKING HOUR**:

- Monday - Friday; 9.00am-6.00pm

**WORKING LOCATION**:

- Kuching, Sarawak

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 1 year (preferred)
- People Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa (required)
- Mandarin (required)
- English (required)
