The Risk Manager will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with project activities. This role involves developing risk management strategies, maintaining risk registers, and ensuring compliance with risk management policies. The Risk Manager will work closely with project teams to ensure that potential risks are managed proactively and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Risk Identification and Assessment:

- Identify potential risks associated with project activities.
- Conduct risk assessments to evaluate the likelihood and impact of identified risks.

2.Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk register.Risk Mitigation and Management:

- Develop risk mitigation plans and strategies.
- Monitor and track risk mitigation efforts to ensure effectiveness.
- Work with project teams to implement risk mitigation strategies.3.

3.Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare regular risk reports for project stakeholders.
- Document risk management processes and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of risk assessments and mitigation actions.

4.Stakeholder Communication:

- Communicate risk management policies and procedures to project teams.
- Provide training and guidance on risk management best practices.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure awareness and understanding of project risks.

5.Compliance and Governance:

- Ensure compliance with relevant risk management policies and standards.
- Conduct risk audits to evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes.
- Provide recommendations for improving risk management practices.

6.Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in risk management.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in risk management processes.
- Implement improvements to enhance the effectiveness of risk management efforts.
- **BASIC REQUIREMENT**_
- Academic Requirement: Recognized Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering.
- Job Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years related experience managing a project site.
- Must have relevant work experience especially in Railway risk field.
- Must willing to work in Kuching, Sarawak

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
